GENERAL CONDITIONS

I. Taking and Returning of a motor vehicle:

1. The leaseholder has to be 21 years old and his personal papers should be in order: an identity card and a driving license.

2. The minimum period to rent a car is 24 hours. It is given to the leaseholder with the mandatory equipment required by the Traffic Police. A bilaterally signed agreement with description of the vehicle and its equipment is an integral part of the leasing contract, under the terms and conditions of which the vehicle shall be returned.

3. The leaseholder is obliged to return the leased vehicle, together with all the documents in accordance with the leasing contract.

4. In case the leaseholder returns the rented vehicle before the expiration of the contract, he should notify the lessor at least 12(twelve) hours before the return of the vehicle. The former receives 90 percent of the daily rent of the remaining unused days of the contract.

II. Prices and terms of payment

1. The price of the rented car includes:
- Unlimited mileage;
- VAT (value added tax), which is owned by the leaseholder in all forms of payment;
- Motor vehicle liability insurance;
- Full automobile insurance;
- Paid road taxes for the territory of Bulgaria;
- Delivery and pick-up of the rented vehicle on the territory of Yambol
- Additional equipment (child’s chair, luggage-carriers chains for snow, etc)

2. The rental price does not include:
- Fuel (if a client returns the vehicle and its reservoir is not full, he/she should pay the difference to full reservoir)
- Insurance for travelling outside Bulgaria
- Delivery and pick-up of the rented vehicle outside Yambol- the leaseholder is charged extra 0,25 € per km.
The price of the rented vehicle and the deposit are paid by the leaseholder when the contract and the bilateral certificate are signed. The payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer using PayPal. The deposit is a warranty and can not be used for payment of term prolongation. The deposit is paid back to the client only after the vehicle is returned. If any small damages or losses are found (including less fuel than agreed), the value has to be deducted from the deposit.

III. In case of damages, losses and thefts

1. If the vehicle is returned with less petrol, losses and minor damages, caused by the leaseholder, their value is deducted from the deposit.

2. In case of damages, caused by the leaseholder as a result of an unauthorized/illegal use of the rented vehicle and which are not covered by the insurance, the leaseholder is obliged to pay the full amount of the damage.

3. Damages caused on the tyres, wheel rims, windscreen wipers or hubcaps, if not accepted by the Insurer as an insurance occurrence, are paid thoroughly by the leaseholder.

4. In case of a car accident of any kind, no matter whether the leaseholder has caused it or not, he is obliged to wait for the arrival of the Traffic Police and to get a police report for the accident. Damages, caused by the leaseholder, for which a police report is not presented are covered by him/herself.

IV. Lessor’s obligations

1. The lessor is obliged to consign the vehicle in a perfect technical condition to the leaseholder and equipped according to the relevant season.

2. The lessor is obliged to substitute the rented vehicle in 12 hours, when continuing the contract is impossible because of his/her fault, all the costs are covered by lessor

V. Leaseholder’s obligations

1. The leaseholder is obliged to use the rented vehicle by purpose, taking good care of it and keeping it safe. If the rented vehicle is damaged during the period of the contract, the repair takes place only in authorized garages and is performed by competent people only after obligatory coordination with the lessor.

2. If the rented car has to be changed with another one and it’s the leaseholder’s fault for that, the latter owes the lessor the expenses due for the transportation of the former vehicle back, as well as the transportation expenses for delivering the new one.

3. The leaseholder does not have the right to use the vehicle for participating in car races, trainings, practices, for pulling trailers and other vehicles, as well as transporting heavy loads, without the explicit permission of the lessor.

4. The leaseholder does not have the right to drive the vehicle when drunk or after the usage of drugs and intoxicating medicaments.

5. The leaseholder does not have the right to dispose/give the car to third parties or to use it for trips abroad, unless there is Power of attorney preliminary issued by the lessor.

VI. Equipment and services

1. If the client wants, the car can be equipped with child’s chair or ski trunk: free of charge.

2. For delivery and pick-up of the vehicle to/from an address pointed by the leaseholder, the extra charges are as follows:
 

• for the town of Yambol – free of charge
• for Yambol region – 10.00 Euro
• outside the territory of Yambol – 0.25 Euro per km
